Mind the Gap

The announcement we hear on the Underground warns us to beware of the gap between the train and the platform. If the church is a vehicle of God's kingdom and we want to help others get on board, what are the cultural and religious pitfalls we need to beware of as we seek to bridge the gap between the world and the church? How can we effectively and meaningfully engage with those around us?
