- Describe your prayer life - what helps you pray and what has been the biggest frustration?
- Are there times the Lord has given particular dreams and visions to you?
- What do you think are keys for receiving vision and then moving to action and fulfilment?
Acts 4: 29-31
29 Now, Lord, consider their threats and enable your servants to speak your word with great boldness. 30 Stretch out your hand to heal and perform signs and wonders through the name of your holy servant Jesus.”
31 After they prayed, the place where they were meeting was shaken. And they were all filled with the Holy Spirit and spoke the word of God boldly.
1 Now in the church at Antioch there were prophets and teachers: Barnabas, Simeon called Niger, Lucius of Cyrene, Manaen (who had been brought up with Herod the tetrarch) and Saul. 2 While they were worshiping the Lord and fasting, the Holy Spirit said, “Set apart for me Barnabas and Saul for the work to which I have called them.” 3 So after they had fasted and prayed, they placed their hands on them and sent them off.
The Holy Spirit is the Spirit of prayer and intercession - He calls His people to seek the Father and be agents of kingdom transformation. Breakthroughs come as we pray and the Spirit imparts dreams and visions.
