- Believe that God loved you before you loved him or did anything to please him. Do you believe that God loves, accepts, and chooses you today, without condition?
- Seek an experiential knowledge of God’s love that surpasses head knowledge. Awaken your heart to the overtures of God’s affection and delight.
- Recognise any self-protective walls you’ve built in response to abandonment, abuse, or rejection. Prayerfully open the door to God’s love, trusting him with your fragile heart.

Matthew 23:37 (MSG)
O Jerusalem, Jerusalem… How often I’ve ached to embrace your children, the way a hen gathers her chicks under her wings, and you wouldn’t let me.
